Dear Friend:

I went for years hungering and thirsting for something that would genuinely satisfy.  Honestly - I tried everything (no, I won't go into that here) but nothing - and I mean NOTHING was able to fulfill my longing until I gave myself to Christ. A life apart from Christ will always be empty and unfulfilled. Only when Jesus is brought into the picture is the spiritual appetite truly satisfied. If your spirit has been satisfied by Jesus, rejoice and give Him thanks. But if it hasn't, do the sensible thing by placing your faith in Him and asking Him into your heart. When you do, He guarantees to fulfill you as only He can.

And Jesus said to them, 'I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.' (John 6:35 NKJV)

Friend do you want to change your life and make Jesus Christ your Lord, then go to your local pastor and say I want to make an open confession that I want Jesus to be my Lord and Saviour. Understand that true repentance consists of three main constituents:

1) A genuine regret for past sin: "Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation" (2 Cor. 7:10a)

2) A realization of the nature of sin (i.e., that it is bad), leading to a hatred of it: "On hearing this, Jesus said to them, 'It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.'" (Mark 2:17)

3) A sincere commitment to leave the ways of this world and follow the way of Christ: "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord" (Acts 3:19)

If you don’t know Jesus as your savior and you want your life to be different please take the time to contact a pastor of friend and have them pray with you because I know it will change your life.

Yours In Christ,

Dr. RA Evans
